Rosetta's Awakening

When I saw the cute frog character (Rosetta!) I immediately started imagining lore/stories for the scene. The lights coming from Rosetta's hands read, to me, as some new-found power or magic that she did not know was there before. That the forest had somehow awakened this power within her.

This piece captures the exact moment of that awakening: when wonder eclipses fear, and the world begins to feel bigger and more mysterious than ever before. It’s not the beginning of a heroic quest, but of something quieter and more personal. Rosetta isn’t setting out to save the world, but rather, she is leaving home to discover where she belongs in it.

I blended orchestral and electronic/synth elements to try to bring a unique sound/aesthetic for telling this story. I hope you enjoy!
